Cairnroot is an entirely handmade, small-batch business! I make everything myself and the time-intensive process means my stock refills pretty slowly! If I have a lot of in-person markets lined up I may not have the extra stock to fill the online shop, though I'm hoping to get enough of a backlog built up to drop shop updates more often!
